1.How long does it take to repair my GHD's?
Our repairs are carried out on a same working day basis. The quicker you can get them to us the quicker we can get them back to you. If we receive a repair on Monday, the GHD's will be inspected, repaired and fully packed up and returned the same day using the postage method you have paid for. You will receive a dispatch email when they have been returned. Please note that in exceptional circumstances the repair may take longer if we have to order in a part or the customer does not provide the requested information. Our review section shows just how quick our service is. We are the quickest around.
2.Do you guarantee the repair work?
Yes, the repair is guaranteed for a period of 6 months. You can extend this using our extended repair warranty for an additional £ 9.99. 99% of customers do not require any additional work for in excess of 18 months and those that do is normally a result of exceptional wear and tear or misuse. All work is PAT tested by trained technicians.
3.If you can't repair them- what happens?
In the unlikely situation that we cannot repair them then you will receive a refund of your payment minus the return postage costs. We will also offer you the option of purchasing a discounted pair of replacement hair straighteners. We rarely ever cannot repair a pair and when we can't it is either due to the GHD's being far too old and the parts no longer available or when the GHD's are fake and we choose not to repair them.
4.Can you repair my hair straighteners although they are not GHD's?
Yes, we can repair various models and have done so in the past. Please contact us with the make of the hair straightener and also the problem.
5.Are you associated with GHD?
No, we are a private business who work independently of GHD and have no connection with them. Our repairs are much faster and far cheaper.
6.What model's of GHD do you repair?
All makes and model's.
7.I live outside of the UK, can I get my GHD's repaired or order a part?
Yes of course. You can order a spare part using the international 'buy now' icon on the relevant page. We can also repair your GHD's if you live outside of the UK. Contact us and we can arrange a repair for you. We have repaired GHD's from Australia, South Africa and France to name a few.
